Thai Red Cross Society and Sustainability Expo 2025 Join Forces to Promote Blood Donation
The Thai Red Cross Society’s National Blood Centre has partnered with the organizers of Sustainability Expo 2025 (SX2025) to create a unique opportunity for members of the public to make a tangible contribution to society. This collaborative effort seeks to not only provide a much-needed service but also raise awareness about the importance of blood donation and sustainability.
The initiative is aligned with the core theme of SX2025, which emphasizes the concept of "Sufficiency for Sustainability." This theme serves as a reminder that even small individual actions can collectively lead to significant positive impact. By participating in this blood donation drive, individuals can contribute to creating a more sustainable future while also helping patients in need.
The event is scheduled to take place on 29-30 September 2025 at the Exhibition Hall (B2 floor) of Queen Sirikit National Convention Center from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Donors will have ample time to donate blood during these two days, with each session lasting one round.
Pre-registration and Rewards for Blood Donation
To ensure a smooth and efficient process, participants are encouraged to pre-register their intention to donate blood by September 25, 2025. This can be done via an online form that will be shared separately. Donors who have registered in advance will receive special treatment at the donation point, including the opportunity to earn 200 reward points through the SX Application.
However, it is essential for pre-registered donors to arrive at least 15 minutes before their scheduled session time. Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of their reservation.
